+++ for the English version, please see below +++ Ein kostenfreies und vertrauliches Beratungsangebot für Eltern, Elternteile, Alleinerziehende, werdende Eltern und andere Bezugspersonen. Bei uns gibt es Raum, Themen und Anliegen in Bezug auf die individuelle Lebenssituation, Elternschaft und Erziehung zu besprechen. Das Gespräch dauert circa 60 Minuten. Es findet im Beratungsraum des Familienzentrums „Treffpunkt Linde“ statt, auf Wunsch auch telefonisch, online per Zoom oder während eines Spaziergangs im Leipziger Westen. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Nach Möglichkeit kann für andere Sprachen eine Person zum Übersetzen dabei sein (nach vorheriger Absprache).

Die Beratung ist möglich bei Sarah oder Ruth. 

+++ English version +++ A free, confidential counselling service for parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, foster parents and other caregivers. Counselling takes place by appointment on Tuesdays between 9.30 am and 1 pm or on Wednesdays between 9 am and 1 pm. Counselling is also possible on other days by prior arrangement. We offer space to discuss topics and concerns relating to parenting and upbringing, e.g. experiencing excessive demands in your own role or in everyday family life in general, stress with caring for the baby, worries about the child, feelings of insecurity in parenting, problems with the child at daycare. We can also help you find your way around the childcare options or the landscape of financial support. Counselling means time to talk in an appreciative and relaxed atmosphere. We help you to recognise your own strengths and resources and to find your own solutions. We can work out practical solutions together and refer you to other support services. The counselling session lasts around 60 minutes. It takes place in the counselling room of the family centre "Treffpunkt Linde", on request also by telephone, online via Zoom or during a walk in the west of Leipzig. We speak German and English. If possible, a person can be present to translate other languages (by prior arrangement)
